The last four weeks:

The doctors misred the MRI, and Aunt Gayle's other tumors weren't gone. She was re-hospitalized, and they removed the other six with laser surgery. She went home.

Over the weekend she was rehospitalized with a kidney infection. She only has one kidney. Then they said it was a urinary tract infection. In the end, she had a kidney stone in her urethra.

And hospitals can't diagnose. She's septic now, and in ICU. She's thrown up twice, they're giving her water intravenously.

"mortality rates that range from 20% for sepsis to 40% for severe sepsis to >60% for septic shock."

And, oh! Mom's keeping me in the dark again. The kidney? Didn't know about that until Sunday. Mom knew on Friday. Just fucking peachy.
